I have removed the exact "STREET ADDRESS" for reasons surrounding privacy. If need be, I will provide my physical address to you when necessary for you to submit hard copy material(s)
When submitting for a role...please read and follow instructions carefully.
1. Make sure you have your name, age, gender and role you are submitting for in the subject line. You DO NOT have to list the "Project Name" in the subject line.
2. Embed your jpg image/headshot right into the body of the e-mail...(SEE SAMPLE BELOW) if you don't know how to acomplish embedding your image/headshot right into the body of the e mail...it is best to find someone who can assist you before you attempt to submit. I DO NOT download images that are attached as it is way to time consuming expecially if I am casting a large production...I do recieve close to 5000 submissions at times. I qualify your submission by your image that opens in the body of my e mail to see if your image fits the role. Make sure you do this correctly as it is importat that I know talent can follow directions to a T.
3. Make sure your place your specs and contact infomation right below your image/headshot. If I like what I see, I need to make sure that you meet the specific specs production is seeking. I also need to make sure I can call you if I have any questions, so put your contact number(s)below your image/headshot as well. If you write me form an e-mail address other than your own you need to make sure I have your e-mail address as well as the other information listed above.
4. Attache your updated resume (if you have one) and I will download it if you make it past the image/headshot stage. I do prefer resumes to be called by your first and last name and formatted in Microsoft Word. This really helps for filing purposes and moreimportant for finding your 411 when the need arrives. Trust me...if everyone called their resume "RESUME" I cannot tell whose resume is whose unless I waste time opening each and every file. I identify you by image and your resume by YOUR NAME.
5. IN NO WAY SHAPE OR FORM EVER submit by providing me with ONLY a link to your website. I WILL NOT go there. I will go to links if I like your image/headshot and only after I have reviewed your resume.
6. Once you send me a submission thre is no need to e mailme a second or third time...trust me if I like your image and you fit the specs... I WILL CONTACT YOU.
7. If I cannot view your image for some reason I will write you as well and ask you to resubmit.
